Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your MyWalit purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Certain items may be final sale (clearly marked)

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return through our online portal
  2. Package items securely in original packaging
  3. Include the completed return form
  4. Ship using the provided return label

Return Options

  1. Refund:
    • Full refund to original payment method
    • Processing time: 5-10 business days after receipt
  2. Exchange:
    • For size or color exchanges (subject to availability)
    • No additional shipping fees for first exchange

Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping unless return is due to our error
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International returns: customer responsible for customs/duties

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label

Processing Timeline

  • Allow 3-5 business days for us to process returns after receipt
  • Refunds appear in your account within 10 business days
  • You’ll receive email notifications at each step

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Used or damaged merchandise
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards

Exchange Restrictions

  • Only one free exchange per order
  • Price differences apply for upgraded items
  • Some collections may have special exchange rules

International Returns

  • Must include all customs documentation
  • Mark as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Processing may take additional time
